I continue to suspect a multifactorial model may make more sense for mental illness than for intelligence, for much the same reason that averaging normal faces yields beauty but averaging ugly faces doesn't yield a unified kind of ugly. But either way, it will be interesting to see where the boffins ultimately land on the p factor issue.
